User(s) can\n apply to become a Registered User(s) by filling an on-line\n registration form on the Website by giving desired information\n (name, contact information, details of its business, etc.),\n directly calling the phone number or sending an email to the email\n available on the Website.\n <\/li>\n
          2. \n CAPGRID will get in touch with the interested parties and based on\n follow up discussions will establish an account (“Account”) for\n the user(s) upon registration and assign a user alias (“User ID”)\n and password (“Password”) for log-in access to your Account. If\n you use the Website or the Portal as Registered User, you are\n responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID\n and Password. You are responsible for maintaining the\n confidentiality of your information and for restricting access to\n your computer, computer system and computer network, and you are\n responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and\n Password , email id and cell number as the case may be.\n <\/li>\n

          4. \n By becoming a Registered User, you consent to the inclusion of\n your data in our on-line database and authorize CAPGRID to share\n such information with other user(s). CAPGRID may refuse\n registration and deny the membership and associated User ID and\n Password to any user for whatever reason. Website may suspend or\n terminate a registered membership at any time without any prior\n notification in interest of CAPGRID or general interest of its\n visitors\/other members without giving any reason thereof.\n <\/li>\n
          5. \n Despite Your organization\u2019s contact number(s) are on Do Not Call\n Registry, You consent to be contacted by CAPGRID through phone\n calls, SMS notifications or any other means of communication, in\n respect to the services provided by CAPGRID.\n <\/li>\n
          6. \n You agree, inter alia, to: 1. Provide true, accurate, current and\n complete information about yourself as prompted by CAPGRID’s\n registration form or provided by You 2. Maintain and promptly\n update the Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.\n If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not\n current or incomplete or CAPGRID has reasonable grounds to suspect\n that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or\n incomplete, or not in accordance with the User Agreement, CAPGRID\n has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access\n of your membership with the Website and refuse to provide you with\n access to the Website.\n <\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n

                      1. \n The USER shall keep CapGrid indemnified against freight, and other\n charges including duties, taxes, octroi, cess, clearance charges\n and any other charge\/levy by whatsoever name called, levied on\n shipments plus disputes and actions with their Consignees if any\n related to quality, quantity and condition. The USER shall keep\n CapGrid indemnified from any sequential liability due to the\n product related issue or due to the delay in delivery of the\n product.\n <\/li>\n
                      2. \n The USER shall keep CapGrid indemnified against all duties, taxes,\n octroi, cess, clearance charges and any other charge\/levy by\n whatsoever name called, levied on shipments and shall keep CapGrid\n indemnified against any loss, damage, costs, expenses arising out\n of any action or proceedings initiated by any authority (judicial\n or regulatory of the like) on account of any act\/omissions on its\n part. The USER will be solely responsible to comply with all\n statutory requirements (State, Central Laws\/Statutes, Tax Laws and\n Local Laws) applicable in relation to booking, sale and\n transportation of the shipments carried and delivered by CapGrid\n in pursuance of this agreement.\n <\/li>\n
                      3. \n The USER shall keep CapGrid indemnified against any loss, damage,\n costs, expenses arising out of any action or proceedings initiated\n by any authority (judicial or regulatory or the like) on account\n of any act\/omissions on its part.\n <\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n
                        \n

                        ARBITRATION<\/h3>\n
                          \n
                        1. \n Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of\n Use, including any question regarding its existence, validity or\n termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by\n arbitration by the sole arbitrator appointed by the sole\n discretion of CapGrid. The arbitration shall be conducted in\n accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation\n Act, 1996 read with its amendments. The language of the\n arbitration shall be English. The decision of the sole arbitrator\n shall be final, conclusive and binding on the parties. The venue\n and seat of such arbitration shall be Gurgaon, Haryana.\n <\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n

                          COMPANY\u2019S LIABILITY<\/h3>\n
